Insurance Waiver: The artist finds the FSVAA, it's staff, members, officers, and directors harmless for any and all losses or damage which may result to their property while in the care, custody, and control of FSVAA. Nevertheless, the Galleries will exercise great care in handling your artwork while in our possession.

Disclaimer: By participating in an FSVAA event, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify FSVAA from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness, and/or your artwork including but not limited to brochures, flyiers, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media, etc.

The FSVAA Membership offers advantages over Non-Members. Members in Good Standing are offered benefits above what an individual member receives. Members in Good Standing are members that Docent 3.5 hours or more at the Solano Town Center Gallery or because of medical reasons are allowed to participate in events by performing other approved tasks. Members in Good Standing receive booth discounts at events (Examples: Art on the Vine, The Crush, Art by the Bay). Members in Good Standing may also participate in the Solano Town Center Gallery Gift Shop and display their artwork at the Village 360 and the Salon Collective Galleries. Members in Good Standing may also participate as a Spotlight Artist or Featured Artist.
