FSVAA Gallery at Solano Town Center presents “Embrace” exhibit (displays Feb. 3 to Mar. 20, 2016)

Local artists embrace their personal passions through art in a group exhibit just in time for Valentine’s Day. Approximately 25 participating FSVAA artists display work in this diverse collection of acrylics, oils, watercolors, drawings, sculptures, mixed media pieces, photographs, and more.

Artists include Jennifer Lockette, Steve Reczkowski, Janet Manalo, Clara Podger, JoRene Danel, Lynne Cunningham, Ken Chew, Carol Trieste, Lisa Anderson, Mei-ling Marie Albert, Dennis Ariza, Ann Sisemore, Caroline Thompson, Marcella Segard, Ellen Christians, Mark Frazitta, Elias Vazquez, Kathy Oja, Janet Barnes, Joanne Balmer, Corey Johnson, Cherol Ockrassa, Annie Johnson, Patricia Puryear, Shannon Whitney, and Robin Rossi.

Artist Mona Lisa Ramirez presents a collection of her acrylic paintings inspired by God in a mini-solo show within the exhibit.

An open-themed group show by FSVAA members displays recent pieces by artists including Adrienne Emmering, Erin Marie Fritz, Jo McLain, Steve Moreland, Marci Cervantes, Jane Corich, Ann Jacobs, Anna Chunn, Donna Harris, and Jim Kimberly.

An Artists Reception Saturday, Mar. 5, 6:00 - 8:00 pm., will feature appetizers and patrons can meet the artists and hear them speak about their work. This event is free and open to the public.
